When your account is activated, we send you credentials in one of two formats:
- M3U URL: A single web link (playlist URL) that you paste into any IPTV player app. It loads all your channels automatically.
- Xtream Codes: A server URL + username + password that you enter into compatible apps like TiviMate or IPTV Smarters. This format is more stable and supports EPG guides.
We recommend using Xtream Codes for the best experience. Our team will send you both formats and guide you on which to use for your specific device.
Yes. A full Electronic Program Guide (EPG) is included with your subscription at no extra cost. The EPG shows you what is currently playing on every channel and what is coming up next — just like a traditional cable TV guide. It works automatically in apps like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, and most other players.
Samsung (Tizen OS): Install "Smart IPTV" or "SS IPTV" directly from the Samsung Smart TV app store. Both apps support M3U URL input.
LG (WebOS): Install "SS IPTV" from the LG Content Store. Enter your M3U URL in the app settings.

Yes — the number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan: 1 Month = 1 connection, 3 Months = 2 connections, 6 Months = 3 connections, 12 Months = 5 connections. Each connection can be on a completely different device in a different room or location at the same time.
Technical Support
Buffering is almost always caused by your local connection, not our servers. Try these steps in order:
- Step 1: Connect via Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi — this alone fixes 90% of buffering issues
- Step 2: Restart your router and device
- Step 3: Check your internet speed at fast.com — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD
- Step 4: In your IPTV app, switch to a different stream link for the same channel
- Step 5: Contact us on WhatsApp — we can switch you to a server optimized for your location
No VPN is required. Our servers are specifically optimized for the USA market and stream without any issues on standard US home broadband.
Some users prefer a VPN for extra privacy — that's fine, but a VPN can sometimes reduce streaming speeds due to added latency. We recommend trying without a VPN first and only adding one if you feel you need extra privacy.
If specific channels are not loading:
